"5 minutes ago the government changed tune on the rally at Uhuru Park 'kindly requesting' instead of warning Kenyans from attending. The tone-down apparently has been due to the fact that Raila Odinga is now under Military Protection having been picked up by them from Police custody. There seems to be an uprising and the Military are said to be contemplating having Raila installed as the new President of Kenya in a full Military Ceremony by a large section of the Army, Navy and Air Force led mainly by Kalenjin, Luo, Luhyia, Somali and Brigadiers from the Coast Province. The Police have apparently been told not to attemp to stop the ceremony".
